Happy Mother’s Day!

My sweet mom went to be with the Lord on November 11, 2006. I miss her as much today as I did then. She was a good woman and a dedicated mother. She wasn’t perfect, none of us are but she was pretty darn close as far as I’m concerned.  Here are a few of my favorite quotes about mothers:

    This is beautiful! We never stop missing them, do we? My heart cries with you, dear friend. Yes, through our eyes of love, they are perfect. For me as well. How fortunate you and I have been…but in our blessing, is also great loss…You have tenderly and exquisitely reminded me of my mother's profound love through these poignant quotes and your heartfelt words!And I cry happy tears as this post tugs gently on my heart.
