1. This is a wonderful quote, and it must be that feeling is universal. Why is it so hard for us to feel beloved? I'm reading Voskamp's “The Broken Way,' and she addresses that very thing too. I'm so glad we have His Word to stand on.

2. Indeed, feelings can be fickle; the Word of God, however,is stable and reliable. We should trust it and believe in it.
